CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

 

There are certain conditions set to regulate bookings, some are set by us but most are set by the park operators "Bourne Leisure" (Trading as Haven Holidays). These are listed below, in these conditions; The Park Operator will be referred to as "Haven".

Cool Family Holidays (Us) will be referred to as the “Agent" and the customer is referred to as "Client".

 

Bookings are only accepted by the Agent on receipt of a completed and signed Booking Form (either Booking form word Format or Booking Form rtf.doc) & the appropriate deposit/Payment

£10.00 per person (or £50 per week) whichever is the greater, on holidays booked at least 6 weeks before Start date.

Payment in full if booked less than 6 weeks of the Start date.

 

If paying through PayPal there is a 4% booking fee to be added to the total cost.

 

Bookings can not be accepted from:

 

Persons under the age of 21

Parties of a single sex (i.e. all male, all female)

 

All deposits are none refundable unless the optional insurance is taken

 

Once the booking has been accepted by the Agent. The Client will be notified with a date the balance payment must be paid by. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in holiday being deemed as cancelled with the loss of all monies paid (If under 6 weeks a demand for the full balance may be sent if the holiday can not be re booked)

 

If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason, you must contact us in writing, by Email (with Receipt) or by telephone

 

If a holiday is cancelled prior to 6 weeks before start date, all monies received by us from you will be refunded with the exception of your deposit. This deposit will be held as a credit for 1 year as deposit for another holiday at a later date (lost if over this period.)

 

If a holiday is cancelled under 6 weeks of the start date, all monies received by us from you will be lost unless the holiday can be re-booked, however the deposit will be held as a credit for 2 years as deposit for another holiday at a later date. (Providing this does not leave the balance held at less than £50.00.)

 

Persons staying with you during your Holiday

 

No person other than those listed on the booking form are allowed to stay overnight in the caravan.

The maximum occupancy of the caravan as stated within the quote & on the website must not be exceeded.

Remember this is a Family Holiday Park; Haven will not tolerate Antisocial behaviour

 

Any breech of the above conditions and your holiday could be terminated immediately and you could be removed from the park, and possibly liable to prosecution.

 

The Client will not be asked to provide a security deposit

 

The Client is responsible for the Caravan and its contents during the period of his/her stay

The Client is responsible for any damage to or loss from the caravan during the period of his/her stay & may be charged for any damage to or loss from the caravan during this period.

The Client is responsible for the actions of all those named on the booking form during his/her stay

The client will not be responsible for breakdown due to normal wear and tear or age

 

Please ensure your booking form is signed before sending it to us (unsigned booking forms can not be accepted).
